Earworms/Obsessed with Catchy Music

The Little Ships - Jean-Jacques Perrey.
I can thank the guy who made the "going to the store" mannequin video for this.

This has been running through my head for about a week for no particular reason, so I had to look up the video. :D Ah funny. Them were the eighties.

Often mine's been Love On A 2 Way Street by Stacy Lattisaw. Don't remember the words. Love the opening screaming Solina, the bass and chord progression.

AAAAAAUGGGGGH I CAN'T GET THIS SONG OUT OF MY HEAD

SOMEBODY FIND ME A NEW SONG QUICK

Lately, at least once every day, I have Toto's "Africa" song in my head, especially the chorus

It's gonna take a lot to drag me away from you
There's nothing that a hundred men or more could ever do
I bless the rains down in Africa
It's gonna take some time to do the things we never haaa-aaa-aad

I think I butchered the lyrics...

Y'know, that one song you keep thinking about for some bizarre reason? What is it? Do you like it? Where'd you hear it for the first time? Link if you want.(must be safe for work! Especially if music video!)

Mine is Din Daa Daa by George kranz? I heard it in a kmart commercial, used Shazam to find it, and now it's been looping in my mind for eternity.

For me, it's typically something with awesome vocals! Bits of the best parts will pop into my brain out of nowhere and stick! Completely out of context of anything else. The two best I can remember are both old, but... Duet btw Brooks & Dunn & Reba: "If You See Him/ If You See Her", and duet btw Reba and Linda Davis: "Does He Love You?"

Been doing this alot lately.

The first is The Candy Man
but in a freaky Horror movie sorta way.

The second is a Swing Jazz version of Somewhere (beyond the sea)

They alternate and I'm on day three of it.
