Ever been addicted to a forum

I said that stuff in the threads over there and they were not answered. I'm scared that if she gets her powers back she might do something awful like call the cops or something saying I am trespassing.
 
I wouldn't be scared tbh, if Sins calls the cops over this then she's going to get the help she needs, hopefully. 'Cause no one's going to buy that crap.
Just tell her straight up. She isn't going to get her mod powers back, and she might be banned anyway by the time she could read it.

I hope Sins doesn't get her powers back. I am so nervous about it. I wasn't expecting to keep my LG account and I noticed how I could stay logged in when she wasn't a mod. Now I am nervous she got them back because two threads got locked and it appears QM locked it because he said thread locked so I wonder if all the mods got their privileges back. I won't bother posting until further notice. Alex knows the attacks she did and Alex locked the thread Rossc started. Ironic. He was just pointing out how the mods acted without their powers and QM and Sins both did attacks.



How do you know Emor she won't get her powers back. What if Alex couldn't find proof she did all this to me and he gives her back her privileges?
 
But he might still be suspicious and leave her demoted, rather than risk more of his site getting deleted. Spokane Girl contributed a lot to make the site bigger and full of more information.
 
Okay I do not understand why Alex has locked a couple threads already. He has locked yours and Rossc's. Then I get a message from Benjiminbreeg saying he is IP banned and I am not even allowed to give him Alex's number. I told him to try IM.

Oh, God, I lost it after my thread was locked with no explanation and no replies from anyone. I attacked Sinsboldly, assuming she had done it. What now?
 
This just in: my boyfriend Adverb just told me it was he who started the "dance on your grave" thread, which was removed.

Oh yes, was addicted to the forum of a Neverwinter Nights server once, still play on it from time to time but the forum (and server) pretty much died, the forum went offline because of spammers, lack of administration and lack of cash to pay for hosting. While the server is still online (amazingly enough) but has no players left for various reasons I will not list here.

Since then I've only stumbled across a bunch of different forums and post once in awhile. Due to lack of time and interest in the specific thing the forum focuses at.

I guess I could easily be dragged into a forum addiction again. But I have other, high priority activities to spend my time on so it probably wont happen in awhile. :P

ps. How come you went offtopic about this banningbusiness on some other forum btw? thought this was a thread to discuss forum addiction, not bans on WP :unsure: Just curious, no offense meant.
 
Oh, I was addicted to http://ifskinzone.net for a couple years back around 2003. :( Lol. S'how I learnt photoshop/css/html though. :)
 
I kept thinking up subjects for debate faster than I could write them down, and I had too many topics to put on one board, so I registered at several debate sites and never shut up.
 
I used to be addicted to Yahoo! Answers, became a Top Contributor and then the next thing after not logging in for a few days after my holiday and trips, it gt taken off me since I was inactive and since then, I stopped going on there, I still post but not as much. :)
 
Aww that sucks.

Forums can be very addictive for obvious reasons to us I guess. If you have an obsession with something, you're bound to invest a lot of time in it - forums, maybe? :P
 
It doesn't really matter to me now :lol: i'm suddenly getting used to being an admin on another forum. :D
I'm pleased its starting to work out.
