McDonalds, Wendy's, KFC, and Taco Bell are 4 that I tend to go back to and like a lot.

In & Out was one I had the fortune of trying a few times during visits to California. Though the other 4 are my frequents.

A few that I like, but visit less, are things like Hardees and Dairy Queen.

I don't usually eat food from restaurants due to sanitation concerns.

Mass produced, mass-marketed food - forget it!

In a nearby town, we have a few independent / small chains with a few locations across the Western U.S. - eateries offering hamburgers that are a cut-above average, good for a quick meal, and are available at reasonable prices.

Some of this places are not licensed to serve alcoholic beverages, and some place are licensed to serve alcohol. The brew-pubs are fun. More and more places offer low, or non-alcohol craft beers - these beeers were surprisingly good.

These eateries are popular with the college students.
