Favourite Cheese?

The only cheese I don't like is Gjetost. Other than that I don't have a singular favorite. The sharp cheeses with the most umami flavor are my favorite as are the veined cheeses. Some of my top favorites though would be:

Stilton
Roquefort
Extra sharp aged cheddars
Jarlsberg
Swiss
 
What I have right now:

Parmesan
