I understand this , same situation as me . Band mates as kind of friends .

The closest I ever got to fitting in was track in high school but even then I wasn't really part of the team, the team was the sprinters and relay members, I ran solo distance like the 1 or 2 mile, on occasion the 440 or 880 if girls were out (I believe they are now the 400 and 800m vs ours in yards)

But I have always been on the outside looking in as they say. I still do and most likely always will but its ok now. At least I know WHY now. For me just knowing has changed my perspective on a lot of things that have happened in my life.

No clique for me I just scan the site look for areas I can contribute. Occasionally find someone who shares some common interests.
