Hej! As we Swedes say hi

Hi Läslusen

Does your name mean anything? I recognise "lus" as louse, but dont know what a "Läslus" is, but perhaps my scandi grammar is a bit off.

In Swedish Läslus means someone that reads allot bacikly. There is no actual word of Läslus so its more a way of saying this.

I had to look up 'fika', but yes must have fika, many many fikas, like way stations thru the day to mentally recharge and regroup.

thanks! wow that is pretty much spot on me as well.. And it sounds lonely to not have a physical person to talk about it with:/ I feel like my 2 months recovery are spread out over the year though, one week of just isolating at every opportunity every 6 weeks perhaps. The burnouts are one thing I struggle most to get a hang of, have you found any good ways to predict or work with it so it gets easier to live with?

I try to recharge every time i feel too stressed. Now that i am aware of getting easily exhausted, i try to listen to my body. This has lead me doing less things in my daily life. What do you do?

Sounds like good coping ways. Meditation actually helps for me, or being outdoors in nature a lot and just being more picky on where I spend my energy.
