thank you!Hi Welcome to aspie central. BTW your hair sounds incredible.
Welcome, @ladybird!
Ed Sheeran isn't my special interest, but I enjoy his music, at least the songs I know. I certainly don't know all of them.
We have started to learn a choir adaption of "I See Fire" in the choir I am a member of recently.
Do you watch horrors or action movies much? Your profile pic and letters are both reddish and your face is downcast like you are trying to copy something from memory (or just afraid to show your face). I read that when aspy isolate themselves from society they use movies, tv shows to try to express themselves. You're adorable. Also I totally identify with unintentionally standing out no matter how hard I try to fade into the background & avoid the exhausting & bewildering tangles of friendships, rivalries, and other complicated nonsense NTs revel in (and so magnanimously insist on afflicting me with). The more invisible I try to be though, the harder they work to get my attention. People think I'm aloof, but the truth is that I'm socially incompetent, and easy prey for psychic vampires - so polite, detached courtesy toward everyone is my policy.

What made me think horror is your choice of words and your picture. From what I have come to understand is people are more likely to do the things they are more comfortable with. If all you surround yourself with is horror like say as one of your major interests. I am thinking you externalize socially based on what you are comfortable moreso being on the spectrum.Oh.Sorry I didn't answer right away. I'm new to here & just learning the site mechanics. Um...Yeah, big on horror. I kinna prefer the old-school kind instead of just seeing people tortured in ever-increasingly creative ways. Not so much into action-type films. My face is red in this photo I guess, now that you mention it. As to why I have that particular bearing or whatever, I don't know. I'd thought it was just, like, me looking at the camera...but I was probably feeling very awkward & self-conscious. I've always hated taking pictures & would literally hide to avoid it when expected to. Especially when the person taking the picture is going to insist that I smile maniacally for no reason for 2 entire minutes/eternity in hell. I've read somewhere that one of the most conclusive indicators of Asperger's is their behavior when pictures are taken of them.
