HELP ME PLEASE

First: calling people who are trying to help you pathetic or anything along those lines won't get you far here; just so you know. Let that be a warning.
I 100% agree. There many of us have mental health issues including myself.

Wondering if you want people to offer support here, you need to treat the members with respect.

If your country is not recognizing autism as much, nor is there a way for you to go to a doctor for a diagnosis, why even bother with it at this point? For many, a diagnosis is a tool to get access to services, not a badge they flash to show they're part of a special group. I doubt your personal issues, you are struggling with right now are going to be solved by knowing your are on the spectrum. Heck, ever since my diagnosis, my life has become to much of a standstill (granted, other factors came in for a part) and I wouldn't be surprised it's much like that for many others on this forum (or even in outside of the forum; since all people on the spectrum I know in real life are pretty much not progressing anywhere for one reason or another; lack of personal support and resources being the primary though). Even in western Europe, where they actually recognize autism as a thing a lot more than the eastern European countries, support is sometimes lacking. Perhaps that gives you a bit of perspective on the neccesity (or lack thereof) to pursue a diagnosis in your country right now.

As some pointed out, suicidal ideation is something you could get help for. I don't know how well those services function in those parts, reaching out to a hotline would be the first step. And that's the least you can do to contain your problems somewhat at this time, aside from the suspicion you're perhaps on the autism spectrum.

From the tests it seems I am not, but how can I be sure ? doctors here will give me meds for depression, trust me they dont even know of aspergers
