Hi Amy,
welcome to the forum! I hope you can learn a lot here, and it might help you understand yourself better. Let us know if you need any help finding your way around the site.

Welcome! The community is open to those diagnosed, self-identified, wondering, and allies as well, so don't feel shy to jump in.

Hello and welcome to the forum! There are plenty of others who aren't diagnosed yet either so you're more than welcome to join us!

HI and Welcome @Amy Ceader 1966

Do hang around a bit and get to know us, and get to know yourself too. Some postings might resonate with you, and many wont. thats all fine.

Hi, Amy. i too am self diagnosed, but the evidence is irrefutable. Figured it out late in life. But i am seeing reflections of myself in many posts here.

Hopefully getting diagnosed will help you have more self awareness about who you are and value your Aspergers for what it is. Hope your mental health care journey goes well.
