How do any of you handle getting older?

I'm 66 and still feel the same inside and mentally as I always have.
It's true, the body has ended a lot of what I would like to physically do.
As others have said, at 40 I could do anything I wanted and was very physically adept.
If your health is good, enjoy yourself, as you are not old. If you think you are, that is just a state of mind.

As for regrets, there are a few things I wanted to do that my health now won't allow.
But overall, looking at my life, I can only think of two things I regret.
And as the song states: ...two few to mention. :tulip:
