How do you get a diagnosis of agoraphobia?

Yes anxiety can really be a pain when dealing with authorities. Problems pile uo. Gets you into deep doo doo.

Especially when they're as corrupt as the Edinburgh police are.

No lawyer's call. No explanation as to why I was arrested in June of 2020. Zip.

But whatever. I always knew they were untrustworthy. My sister even gets shafted by people, having had four kids removed. It drags on and on, makes you feel messed up mentally. But it's just always the same kind of commotion over and over again. A boring routine.

I have two lawyers. One for Glasgow. The other one is for Livingston, because my lawyer of 10 years decided to finish up with me.

I don't understand what this court thing is but once your done with it can you cut your losses? Don't fall for the sunk cost fallacy.

I had agoraphobia for many months, it was back when my anxiety was at it's worst - regular panic attacks, 24/7 aches, pains and symptoms. This lasted years, the agoraphobia I'm happy to say did not.

When I was living with it, leaving the house would cause panic attacks, sometimes lasting hours - longest one was 5 hours solid. Not sure how my heart didn't give out.

Along with panic attacks would be chest pains, dizziness and intense bodily aches. Derealisation and feeling like I wasn't really there. The whole time my mind was thinking "I am unsafe, I am in danger, I need to get out of here, I'm going to die."

How I overcame it - self-imposed exposure therapy. Rode the wave for months. Going new places, white knuckle riding the anxiety attacks but not giving in. Saying I wasn't going to let the anxiety win, and that my first panic attacks were in my bedroom - the safest place in the world. So it wasn't the places causing the anxiety, it was my thoughts, anxieties and reactions.

First few weeks were brutal. But over time, the symptoms decreased. Now I can go to places and I'm fine. If I'm a little frazzled I might get a bit of dizziness, but I ride it out; but that really is once in a blue moon - maybe once a month at most; instead of every single time I left the house.

When you give up on your plans - you're letting the anxiety win. Mind over matter. If you dont' mind, it doesn't matter.

He finds me no problem, because the guy knows me under a certain username, and is obsessed with my life. But he got my address, because I made a video years ago ranting, and had a letter with my address on it while I was talking about people. I had the very alias I'm referring to on here previously. So he looks me up on search engines, reading my posts, or subscribing to any YouTube account I register if I want to publish any videos, because Google sticks their fingers up at people's privacy and allows people to tag you undetected. Because even if my YouTube handle is different, if he knows the sites I use and embed videos on, that's how he locates me.

Then I tried to alter my handles, but doing that is a waste of time if it's the same accounts, which he has listed on a profile he made on this anxiety forum. He also signs in all the time on thetechgame.com, for example, yet I haven't posted on there in ages. He does that because sometimes guests cannot perform a search without logging in.

But he has known me on forums since 2004. In fact, I caught him on IMDb's support forum asking about a short film I made a page for in 2017. He was asking them if it was a real film, and I found it by its URL days after I submitted it, suggesting he has been stalking me for decades before he made it known. The name he had is similar to his Twitter handle. Or X, or whatever you prefer to call it.

Ever since then, we've been running in circles. He'll respond with pointless remarks like, "I'm not from Australia, my name is not James, and I don't play computer games". Yet he had a Capcom site, and always mentions gaming on X. So you can imagine he's just trying to deflect, to stir the pot. And he uploaded videos where you could see an overweight guy walking about, and he is plump.

Not once have I mentioned anybody else doing it. It's probably all just him. He basically uses a lot of sock puppets. Ended up signing up to Ripoff Report, Internet Archive, Fandom, Pinterest, Wikipedia, Vimeo, and a lot of forums, trying to rile me up. When I emailed the court in Perth recently, they gave me a number to report international crimes.

Using a VPN is useless, by the way. All it does is cloak your main IP address. But it's not the IPs he targets.

If you put yourself in his shoes and thought of all the ideas he would have to track you (name handles, websites you use) and stopped the breadcrumb trail, would that work? For example you could change your name and stop posting videos on social media sites that he knows you use? How does he find new youtube accounts? Can you create a completely new Google account?
