How often do you use profanity IRL?

I knew there was some plausible reason why I effing use the effing F word so effing much :p

I never swore until I was eleven, when the school bully and his two sidekicks cornered me and tortured me into repeating every swear word and filthy word that they could think of. I don't swear now in real life because I don't talk to real people at all if I can avoid it. I tend to swear to myself when I lose my temper, which isn't very often and doesn't last for long when it does happen.

With friends, I tend to swear every other sentence. It's just something I picked up from being with them, mirroring their conversational styles.

Conversely, when I get angry, which is rare, I don't swear at all, and it tends towards a tranquil fury sort of thing.

How often do you use profanity in your real-world interactions with people?

I don't use it at all. I might THINK IT ... but I would never ever use it.

This is my 26th year in the field of education. I'm a teacher and using inappropriate language in a classroom setting would be a violation of district policy. It would also be wrong to use this vocabulary in front of the students so I long ago conditioned myself to not curse at all so as to avoid inadvertently blurting something out that's inappropriate in the heat of the moment.
