One crossover that I've been reading at the moment (although I won't link it here due to the more adult subject matter) is called "The Boys Avenging" - with it been a fan-made crossover between Marvel Comics and the Amazon TV series The Boys.
It's about an incursion causing both the Boys' version of Earth (Earth-7622) and Earth-616 to risk colliding, with some of the Marvel heroes trying to evacuate as many civilians from the Boys' version of Earth to their own.
While it takes place as an alternate version of Season 3 of The Boys TV show (starting right in the middle of that season), it also appears as an alternate version of the Superhuman Civil War from Marvel comics - with the heroes split into those led by Iron Man and the "A.W.O.L" heroes led by Captain America. To make matters worse, not only are both "The Boys" vigilante group and the "Supes" from Earth-7622 split on what to do (Homelander in particular not taking kindly to what the heroes from Earth-616 are doing), but certain Marvel villains make their own way to Earth-7622; each for their own reasons.
The story is still ongoing so there's no telling when it'll be finished yet, but it's well written with a lot of fun references and interesting ideas from seeing the characters from both franchises intermingle.
On a similar note, I also saw a YouTube video recently where it played with the idea of how the Boy's version of Earth would change just from Spider-Man alone going over there - with the video having this rather neat thumbnail art of Spider-Man about to battle Homelander:
