In a perfect world...

I find the saying in a perfect world strange. Recently my friend was saying to me “in a perfect world we would just get a suitable wheelchair” but really in a perfect world would we “not be disabled”.

What is a perfect world .
 
In a perfect world,my aspie sweetie pie wouldn't be afraid to tell me their feelings and they would feel secure that l have got their back until the end of time..........
