Most 'memes' I see wouldn't measure up to the definition of a meme.
That could be just because I don't 'get it'.
But I think its more likely that most people think a meme is just putting random text on an equally random photo, which is increasingly possible through 'meme generators'. Previously it took a bit more work, so more thought and effort was actually applied.
Maybe 1 in 100 isn't a waste of bandwidth.

Not really a meme unless its applied to Canadians.

I really want to say that it looks like an aspie joke,
but doing that...makes it seem like I'm being aspie,
not realizing any stereotypes about Canadians.

It does remind me of my young relative though.
His uncle showed him a porn page, expecting some
sort of reaction, but not the one he got. "Bad lighting,
awkward posture, & she's got some kind of skin condition."
