Last thing you ate

Pear YoBaby. Purchased for the small one, to get some protein and fat and immune-boosting bacteria into his skinny body while his throat recovers from surgery, but he doesn't like it.

I used to get it for the boys when they were small, and forgot just how smooth and creamy it is.

I'm just going to go and make a coffee and play Xbox for a bit, I don't think there's much on TV tonight.

Sort of lunch out at paillards; mushroom soup, slice of cheese and rosemary & garlic pizza, cafe au lait, lemon cookie. Still feel like a blimp after all the white flour.

Heat-and-serve brown rice with channa masala. I'm craving carbs so badly, but didn't want to rush out and pig on In 'n Out fries. Compromise. Yay.

Corn on the cob, shrimp with zucchini, garlic, green onions, red bell pepper. Looked everywhere for dessert, cupboards, fridge, pantry, there was nothing:(

A piece of cooked apple and some
baby food squash. Plus vitamins.
It's easier to swallow them with
food of this texture.

Broccoli slaw and cubed carnitas, sauteed in avocado oil, drizzled with toasted sesame oil.

I'm trying to go low carb again. Bit more work (and $) than throwing together a sandwich. But no better time, now that the kids are back in school.

I just noticed that I "Liked" almost all of the posts on this thread. My wife has often said that I am easy to cook for because I will eat almost anything. Or maybe I have got a eating problem.

Going off my diet and enjoying fresh, hot cinnamon rolls (only 2 small ones) with coffee. It's almost lunchtime and I'm eating breakfast.
