Learning to love your mistakes?

After reading all of the responses it still feels alien to accept that we’re human. How long did it take for that rational to “sink in”
You're one of life's worriers, just like me ;) I feel sick when I think of some of the mistakes (many pretty minor or not even "mistakes" in hindsight) I've made, but I don't allow myself down that rabbit hole now. Distraction and forward planning is my escape out of there.

I also struggle with this, I'm not even sure what the answer is, I have a tendency to beat myself up way too much...
