Feathered Jester
There was a few weeks (months? years?) back a guy with Asperger's killed some women at a college because they kept rejecting him and wouldn't go out with him. That was the headlines anyway, and the first time I can remember a case of autistic violence. I remember it didn't get dismissed like in this case, there was some serious concern over the stability of autistic people after that happened.
I don't doubt it in the least. Some folks just need to be dealt and done with.I'm reading a book by a forensic psychiatrist, and he says that many of the criminals he interviewed tried, in an attempt to gain people's sympathy and avert heavy punishment, to pretend to have a mental condition that they did not really have.
