We have a few parents here who may be able to offer you input.

You might start by looking in the archives here: Parenting & Autism Discussions, or if you feel you haven't found what you are looking for, open up a thread in the same section in order for it to get more responses.
 
Would they be open to seeing a professional for therapy? It's a really tricky time, high school. I don't envy your 14 year old one bit.

Is that what parents do for their kids sometimes? Help??? :eek:o_O

Does he have any ideas? Does he recognize his anxiety? Does he want something done about it?

He recognizes it, but seems stuck or powerless against it. Strenuous regular exersize seems to help. But he is not consistent with it.
