I'd be wary of probiotic yogurt, your coating your teeth with bacterial media could cause a lot of damage. My dentist thought was a crack addict.

No kidding. We are all better off just eating healthy instead of adding junk to counteract our bad food choices.I'd be wary of probiotic yogurt, your coating your teeth with bacterial media could cause a lot of damage. My dentist thought was a crack addict.
OTC remedies for things like you mentioned: Anxiety, etc.
What works for me:
> Eat as many healthy unprocessed foods and meals I make myself as possible
> Regular exercise
> Avoid sleep deficits
> Try to think positively or at least counterbalance negative thinking with purposely trying to identify the positive, opposite of negative thinking in situations so I can view things with a more rounded perspective.
> And...microdosing THC in the form of edibles. 2.5 mg in the morning and then again at around 2pm. It helps my ADHD, anxiety and my PTSD. It calms my nerves. While the first four remedies I mention are an important foundation for me, they don't suppress my hyper-vigilance which is a big source of my struggles. The microdosing of THC does help suppress my hyper-vigilance. I have yet to find anything more effective in that regard.
From what I recall, it's CBD and THC.Is that pure THC? No CBD or other compounds?

An update on the sleeping pills. For the first time in my life I've just started taking over the counter sleeping pills (3 days ago) to try and reset the habit. I'm not sure how successful that's going to be, I'll have to give you an update in a couple of weeks.
An update on the sleeping pills.
What I bought are Doxylamine Succinate 25 mg. This is an antihistamine, it won't knock you unconscious, it just makes you drowsy and sleepy.
My body adapted and adjusted to them very quickly, after 3 nights my tolerance was too high and they no longer worked. The first night was great, took half a pill and half an hour later I was out like a light for 8 hours. The second night I again took a half pill but it took me over an hour to fall asleep, still slept for 8 hours.
On the third night with half a pill I was having real trouble getting to sleep and when I did finally sleep it was only for around 4 hours. On the 4th night I took a whole pill and didn't get to sleep until about 8 hours later.
The groggy and sleepy feeling that these pills give you started hanging around for the whole day too, feeling like I could go to sleep but unable to achieve anything greater than a light doze. I haven't taken them again since then.
My goal is one day to do the same. Too many things go into my mouth that are meant to help me, but have side effects. Alcohol, caffeine, kratom, etc. Quitting sounds beautiful, but impossible.I have stopped taking most of my medicines and suplements recently and I feel better witm my allergies and sleeping problems. Now I take only Orlymyte (allergy immunotherapy), Controloc to treat heartburn and vitamin shake.
They simply didn't work. In my case those were antihistamine, nasal steroid and singulair. Those are easy to quit as quitting doesnt cause withdrawal. My symptoms didnt get any better or worse without them, like I took dummy pills, but I rathrr wont fill mysdlf with chemistery for no reason. My goal is one day to do the same. How did you do it? Or, what was your inspiration to quit?
