I don't know..it's hard to describe how I am (usually because it's so complicated and I don't like talking about myself much), so "ok I guess" is my standard answer.

I feel that way about the question, too. It's asked everywhere you go and really it's just a social mannerism someone created. I don't even bother to give a verbal answer because I know they wouldn't want to start hearing the truth and why lie and say "great. And you?" A smile, and a nod does it for me.

i have a aspie sister with your name,except my parents spelt it as rachael for some oddly weird reason,not rachel.

Its how speakers from gaelic and English speaking countries understood the Hebrew form transliterated as Ruchel
