Post a Scary Thing

Ok, this was pretty confusing piece that got me thinking power of the mind, truth or not: Self Inflicted insomnia: Tulpa

THE CAT

Catnipped to a high degree, his eyes widened...as his body flattened on the floor...tail swishing...he pounced again on the catnip toy.
THEN he discovered the human sleeping in bed...climbing on top of human, he purred and KNEADED his claws into HIS human's belly...ouch!

Janet Reno (something about her eyes makes me question humanity)

Old men in thong speedos at the beach

Borat (same as last one, I admit)

Screaming children

Silent children

Michael Moore (not his movies or politics - he just looks creepy to me)

Clint Eastwood (same explanation as Michael Moore)

The police (the uniform ones, not Sting - I am afraid of anyone who gets government authority without any higher education as a prerequisite)

How about this one, Am I alone in thinking this is a really creepy and disturbing scene from the Matrix ?

Any time the market drops nearly two percent in a day is scary for me.

Perhaps the most potent element in my life to so easily enhance my clinical depression. Fear of financial failure...

I had a really bizarre nightmare a few nights ago; it involved seeing everyone who 'follows the societal herd' slowly melting and then turning into black sludge.
The creepy bit about it was they were perfectly content with it - with my parents and my siblings been among those who turned into sludge - and as the nightmare went on and those who hadn't turned into sludge were trying to work their way through it, the sludge started latching onto them and turned into a mass of arms that started trying to pull them and myself down into the sludge.

I rarely have nightmares, let alone dreams I can remember, so that one really freaked me out.

On an additional note, I was searching through some stuff on IMDB and came across a page for an old 70's TV series called Children of the Stones.
The show apparently has been recognized both as a landmark in quality children's drama and has been called (in a broadcast from BBC Radio 4) "the scariest programme ever made for children".

Here's all 7 episodes in the series joined together into one. I'll be watching it myself when I get chance:

Not too long ago I had an episode of sleep paralysis that involved a nightmare of playing a retro Pokemon game and being attacked at a Pokemon Center by a decapitated Nurse Joy. Needless to say I've been sleeping with the light on ever since.

My house has been the site of many supernatural occurrences. My family members and/or I have seen UFOs, phantom vehicles and shadow people without ever needing to leave the yard. True story.
