Room Temperature - Do you like it cold?

I'm very sensitive to the cold and I don't like winter and cold weather. If the room gets lower than 18 degrees Celcius, I feel cold. My ideal would be to have two houses, one here in Southern Europe and one in Australia so I'd never have winter and never get cold.
