So how many fellow programmers are here?

Unfortunately Macs are expensive :(
I know. Very pissed you need it for iOS development. I guess I should't be to pissed. I can write it as a business expense.

Some people build a Hackintosh but I could't go that route as it not support well for laptops.

This info might be outdated, but in terms of Hardware, isn't Hackintosh restricted? Like certain drivers won't work in Hackintosh?

I primarily program in Python and Simulink for my job, and I work with Unix-like enviornments. I do know C pretty well, although it's been a while since I've had to use it, so I might be a bit rusty. I used to know Haskell, but I need to re-learn it.

I'm learning programing with python. I'm the kind of person that has to know how the stuff he uses works. After I get a firm handle on python I'm going to figure out how to make a android app.

I'm in the progress of getting my software engineering degree but most of what I know is the result of self-directed learning. I know HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP, SQL, Java, and Python. Though, I find python to be the best language I've ever used - there are just libraries for basically every task you can think of. I'm going to start doing some thorough study in c# soon.
