I'm in a lucky spot here in the Willamette Valley of Oregon. When does it start?
Just kidding I didn't miss it! I can't imagine it being any more fantastic, other than it being longer.
I was a little disappointed because I thought I hadn't captured any of the eclipse images I wanted so dearly.
As it turns out,I was very mistaken.

What I thought was the actual image was in fact just lens flare obscuring my desired images
