Stoked to be here

I was called? Welcome Clay! I photograph lots of different people, that artform called street photography... Most of my photos I ever take do have people in them actually... :p James Tworow Photography (@thereal_sherlock77) • Instagram photos and videos

I find people interesting, yet my artwork never contains people as I was never good at painting that fine of detail. So, I stick with just doing landscapes and seascapes. What I feel is interesting about your photography is the vintage photos, and seeing how persons dressed at those times, and how the settings and scenery looked like. I always liked classic cars too. They used to have classic car shows a lot where I grew up. The colors of those cars too were so different back then.

Welcome Clay!
Glad you found us.
I felt right at home when I first found this group also.

I have written a lot of poetry, a few songs and love to paint. I like photography and used to be a photographic model professionally.

Nice to meet you, Susan! I would love to see some of your paintings!

Hi Clay and welcome!
I trained as a photographer, but struggled to make a living at it as people mostly wanted me to do things like weddings and family portraits. Way too hard for someone like me. But I still enjoy taking and making art photos. I have many other creative interests as well.

Hey Fitzo! Thanks so much, and nice to meet you!
I completely get that. I would love to see some of your art!

Hi Clay. It looks like you have a great attitude and variety of interests. You will be able to really relate to many of the persons here. @Sherlock77 is heavily into professional vintage type photography of people, cars and nature. He is a great guy, and creates beautiful photographs.

I am into writing books, creating artwork, and doing some musical things. I am unsure what exact conditions I have, if it is just Social Anxiety Disorder with perfectionism traits, or perhaps higher functioning Autism, as my wife and I have two smaller Autistic children. Regardless, I see it all in a positive light.

Nice to meet you! & thanks for the info! What instruments do you play?

Hi Clay, I worked as a commercial artist in Canada, for some time. Funny most of the art that sold were illustrations of objects, animals and landscapes, literally nothing with people in them, come to think of it. Do a little photography, mainly related to using it in art, or places I want to remember.

Glad you found us, I remember how I felt when I realized I wasn't the weirdo my family used to call me, when I came here. Made me feel better. Welcome^‿^

Hi Mia! Thats awesome! I live in North Idaho, and regularly drive up to Banff, Jasper, and Yoho NP's. Alberta is my favorite place in the world. I would love to see some of your art!

Nice to meet you! & thanks for the info! What instruments do you play?

Right now I love singing the best. My wife is great at piano. We are like the Captain and Tenille I guess, but with roles reversed in terms of musical abilities or ambitions. I love singing more inspirational, sentimental and solemn songs, ones that bring out those feelings. As my wife is much more outgoing and outwardly energetic, and because of her adhd, she loves more Beaty music, and loves tinkering with her fingers. So, piano works for her.

Nice to meet you, Susan! I would love to see some of your paintings!
