Study Habits?

Ste11aeres, My new class is called Introduction to Psychology - i've loved the subject ever since i took a class on it in highschool. And while its in my major, all the material is what my highschool AP course covered! I just didn't score high enough on the AP exam in highschool to get a college credit for the course. So its hard for me to focus and learn when i feel like the material isn't new to me. There's at least some good points - the textbook for the course explains things a lot better than the one that my highschool AP course did, so the basics (however mundane they may be) are a lot easier to understand and make appear relevant.

Edit: I don't know how to tag people and i obviously forgot to quote you here Ste11aeres...how do you tag people?! To be honest i only got three hours of sleep if even that so this is actually really bothering me right now...more than bothering me...its practically setting me off, one simple mistake.

I am studying at the moment is that I learnt how to come up with lots of random methods that allow me to get the stuff. So some of the things I do at the moment:

I like the powerpoint presentation ideas. If i had the time in a day I'd love to try a method like that. I tend to obsess over colors in my notes, even if i'm just copying down and answering questions for an end of chapter review. The title is in one color (red usually), the question in another (blue normally) and my answer in yet another color (black most of the time). If i'm taking notes from the textbook, same thing, but it'll be in outline form. Hell even my notecards are color coded. It just makes the information easier to visually organize and go over, somehow. A mass of all black ink pen writing is just visually overwhelming for some reason.
