Telling My Friend My Pronouns

I know in the original post I said that I was worried my friend would consider referring to me with it/its pronouns to be rude, but that was not supposed to be an invitation for others to debate whether or not I should use those pronouns. That is not why I made the original post. I made it so that I could get some encouragement to tell my friend my pronouns. My identity is my own, and I do not think it's right for others to debate whether or not the way I want to be referred to is valid. I feel like that's a disrespectful thing to do. I am not mad at anyone here, I just wanted to say this because I feel disappointed in the direction that this thread went in.
