This could actually be the cure to Clouds On Your Mind [C.O.I.M.], a.k.a. Mind Cloudedness. The deeper the head goes up the rectum, the sooner it can meet the bile and detoxify that brain, flush out all the bad thoughts down the drain, like summer rain [like summer rain].
