The £20 in phone charges to call Directory Enquiries last week when I was trying to get hold of Hermes about that delivery from eBay.

£2 a minute plus connection charges?! WTF?!

Hermes 'tried' to deliver a parcel today except they didn't bother to ring the bell or knock the door very hard as I heard nothing Idiots man, they say they will reattempt delivery tomorrow but I am not holding my breath. I now have my spare SLR body but no main SLR with lens lol.
