Trouble with addressing others by their name

oh, man! it's insane!

I called my Doctor "Simon Belmont"

and I almost call my Dean "Saaban".

it's just horrible!
plus as a kid I used to call anybody I didn't know "uddama" ....my dad was havin' NONE of that! EVER!
