Yes, I currently have 7. In the past I have had more than 10 at the same time (anything from dogs, to reptiles and amphibians, to fish, to guinea pigs and hamsters. I have even had gastropods and insects. And hermit crabs.)
I have had almost any type of pet you can think of except for a cat. I would like to have a cat someday.
