I think those are Karelian Bear dogs.
I wanted one when I was younger. Not super dissimilar to the breed I ended up with in terms of tenacity and fearlessness.

Hmm, this has started a thought for a bit of a project.... I've got all my old CDs that I never look at / use as everything gets played on Spotify or from the CD rips on my NAS, so I'm thinking of creating a mosaic with some of the covers, possibly some of the picture discs...
