I loved reading all of your carreers. We dont all have exotic or successful jobs, and there is nothing wrong with that. But, I loved hearing how interesting, intelligent, and diverse you all are.
I am a student in a Masters program for Gastronomy (thats a fancy word for cooking). I have a B.A. in Restaurant and an A.A. Culinary Degree. I have a minor in wine, as well as several wine certificationsl. I also have a minnor in photography, and am currently trying to parle my knowledge of food, wine, and photography into a book I am writing about food and wine. , It has a very Aspie point of view but i make no mention of that.
I have worked in the wine industy, as a chef, and currently as a private chef, though its a little touch and go with clients at the moment, as Im trying to juggle everything on my plate.I make LOTS of LISTS. ha. As far as future career goals. I have lots but it takes alot of effort that i dont always possess.
