What device can I use while walking alone and talking to myself

I wonder, Is there any digital device that I can wear and talk to myself while walking alone, other than a phone, so that I don't look like a loon talking to myself when I pass people?

Many thanks
For me self talk is very helpful. However I do not use a device for doing this. I have these conversations in my mind. Is doing that a consideration for you.

My mind is too hyperactive.
So is my voice when I am inside, I am hoping the presence of nature will slow it down and bring it a couple of octaves down as well.

I managed to get out for an hour or so today.
I planned to give myself a counselling session.
The talking wasn't a problem, no self consciousness.
It was the counselling, or lack of that was the problem.
I lacked insight, realisations, and found myself fantasising that I had responded to adverse circumstances in a more healthy way, and fantasising how more successful my life would have been.

I don't know what the name of that is, I thought it was dissociation, an escape from stressful present circumstances but I may well be wrong.
