Also lemon ginger honey and Jasmine tea.

I’m at IHOP right now and I had pancakes, eggs, and sausages. It was so good. My grandpa and I went to eat there after we volunteered at the thrift store today. I live IHOP it’s the best place!

Your food looks so good, Patrick! :)

Today I made salt and pepper calamari for dinner, with pineapple chili sauce.

For lunch I just had some fruit strips and juice.

For breakfast I had coffee and scrambled eggs.

Mostly the same thing everyday for me.

First, coffee.

Protein smoothie & walnuts for breakfast.

Rice + veggie mix for midday.

Oatmeal and tea in the evening.

Lots of water.

That's awesome. When I first read this I thought it said sunglasses, when I looked at it again it said sausages. LOL I'm glad you had a good day.

Thank you Luca. I have never tried calamari before, but I have seen it and it reminds me of onion rings. I would definitely give it a try if it was offered. I haven't ate healthy all week and my body was craving nature's medicine. Especially the kiwis. I could literally feel the life coming back into me when I first tasted them. Probably a potassium deficiency as they are very high in that.

Nice. Coffee always comes first for me too. Also lots of water throughout the day.

A slice of gluten free bread with some cheese slices, then a chicken breaded breast.
Sounds good. I don't think I've ever had gluten-free bread before.

I can't remember what all the symbols mean. I know the check mark means you agree. I'm pretty sure it doesn't matter. I think I'll catch on soon enough though.

Oatmeal with orange juice for breakfast.
Since I was out most of the day, I ate at some fast food places.
Einstein's classic egg, bacon and cheese bagel sandwich for lunch with vanilla cold pressed coffee, then a McCrispy with a frozen slurpee thing for dinner.
I was still hungry later in the evening so I had a bowl of chicken noodle soup with iced tea at home.
I drink a lot of water also.

Got up in the middle of the night because I was hungry, and most of the stuff in my fridge needs to be cooked in order to eat it, so I just ended up eating some plain Naan bread (that I had originally bought to use with hummus.)

It's now 4am, and the time I normally wake up for the day is 5am, so I'm going back to sleep and will probably wake up around 8 and will just get something to eat at Dunkin Donuts.

My sister had a DNA test done a few years ago and found out she had two markers for gluten intolerance. a few moths ago she went on a gluten free diet and immediately her weight dropped. actually for a few months I thought she was getting anorexic. not the case she was never weight conscious or concerned about her weight. very quickly her body settled into a natural weight for her. after that she has been after all we share the same genetics telling me get yourself tested. One thing did concern me the price l most $10 per loaf. expensive lifestyle.

I made a breakfast sandwich which consisted of:

One half of my made from scratch whole wheat waffles. I freeze them for ease of use. I broke the half circle into quarters. Each quarter forms the top and bottom of the breakfast sandwich respectively. I toasted the waffle sections. Each waffle section is 80 calories.

I buttered a bowl with 1/2 Tbsp of butter (50 calories)
I cracked one egg into the buttered bowl and lightly beat the egg. (70 calories)
I put 1 ounce of sharp white cheddar cheese on top of the beaten egg (120 calories)
I put a small plate on top of the bowl and microwaved the contents for 1 minute 25 seconds.
I seasoned the egg/cheese mixture with a homemade spice blend and folded the egg/cheese in half, then in half again and placed it between the toasted waffle sections.

Breakfast sandwich. Total calories = 400.
