What is Bramble?
Today I had celery, cucumber, fennel and apple salad with yogurt and rhode island dressing, it was delicious, then i had 3 crackers with hummus on, then later a large bowl of spicy popcorn with palmasan cheese on.

Ive also had 3 cups of coffee one water and a kiwi fruit.

What did you have? post a pic if possible.
 
cant post a picture because i'm hopeless with computers, sorry. i ate a cold cuts sandwich with pickles and tomatoes and mayo, yogurt, and watermelon. i'm now warming up tomato soup. i'm on a diet, and i'm starving.

Sounds nice, good luck with your diet, I need to go on one too. Ive not eaten yet but am having vegetable chili with rice later.;)
 
Salad with crab, eggs, tomatoes, red onion, croutons, fat free ranch dressing, a Greek yogurt and flavored water.
 
Beef Alfredo for dinner tonight. Alfredo sauce, noodles, ground beef, onions, green peppers and black olives. Cheap, simple and tasty.
 
Bread with butter, chicken with pearl barely, lentils, frozen peas and carrots, and lima beans with a touch of chicken soup, butter cookies. Drank a tiny bit of milk and added white cheese.
I'm on a diet, or trying.
 
Counting the whole day: 2 Homemade double-chocolate cherry almond muffins, a bowl of beef & vegetable barley stew, a bowl of granola with milk, a piece of baguette with lots of butter, 1/2 of an orange and 1/2 of a banana, some salty potato chips.
 
For breakfast I had a spinach and dairy-free cheese omelet. For lunch I had french fries with dairy-free cheese and an organic hotdog with ketchup.
 
For breakfast I had 3 Weetabix with cold milk, and for lunch I had a foot long Cheese and Ham Subway, and a bag of crisps, and for tea I had Fish fingers and chips, followed by a corner Desert.
 
Skipped breakfast,had a vegan soya sandwich meat and dill and mustard sauce sandwich for lunch, and vegan schnitzels snd oven chips for tea/dinner. Also had a few swedish krisp-rolls as they are too addictive. Normally try to limit gluten as it does make me feel extremely tired and irritable if nothing else but at the moment I am going through a food aversion phase so have to eat what I can stomach really.
 
Absolutely nothing healthy. I need to eat better and exercise, my wife is doing better and has lost 25 pounds in the last several months. She might start looking for a better looking guy.....
 
So far, cinnamon and raisin bagel with coconut spread, chocolate organic soya milk and a coconut raspberry yoghurt (it is 10.18am here)
