What food or drink are you craving currently?

I've ate so much fruit today, sea bass, and salmon.

It's very hard to keep to the Greek diet as intended to. Like you cannot 100% drop sugary food. It is just too hard to completely give it up. The same with tea or coffee.

Eating lots of fruit will be better for you, sure, but some fruits can still be full of natural sugar, raise your blood sugar levels, and maybe cause bloating. So while fruit is the healthiest option (or veggies), this diet may classed as boring or restrictive to some people.

I really hate American fast food, though. It looks, tastes and smells pretty processed. You can see YouTube rants that will just put you right off of it. The same with takeaway orders. Or anything concerning an infamous joint called the Heart Attack Grill, which probably lives up to its name a lot, for sure.

I am craving some sweet chili chicken from my local Thai place, on a bed of white rice, with an iced tea on the side.
