What movies are you looking forward to in 2018?

I am looking forward to the "Han Solo story", especially that Emilia Clarke (Daenarys Targaryen - " Game Of Thrones) is it in and a month afterwards " Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom".

I'm saving up for some Lego kits from the "Han Solo Story" and I want Lego Velociraptors from the "JW - Fallen Kingdom" Lego kits.

I assume you aren't a child? Therefore aren't you a bit old for Lego kits? :D

Lego can be for ages 4-99.

So, you should be good unless it's your 100th birthday and then I guess you're forbidden.

I would feel too old for Lego only if the Star Wars Lego kits weren't made in the first place allowing adult collectors to go buying them and be able to sell them off on e-bay for more than what was paid for.

An 8 year old kid could never build those Lego mega structures as seen at the Lego Expos.

I had ordered Lego "Game Of Thrones" mini figures, an 8 year old would be otherwise too young to play with them since the "Game Of Thrones" is way too EXPLICIT for kids in between 5-12 year old.

It's all the same with adults who collect "Star Wars" action figures. I have a mate who have the original 1977 Star Wars action figures valued at $70,000 Aussie dollar.

Having a protest with adults who play with Lego is an epic fail since we are beyond 2000.

The Jurassic World Lego Kits from 2015 had already skyrocketed in value, so would the Han Solo Story Lego kits.

Agreed. Do what pleases you. A concept many discover that never ages with time. Besides, any number of folks consider Lego to be another form of pop art.

YES, I want to see this! It definitely makes up for the last trailer, which had no Venom in it.

I know, right? So much hype. I'm counting down the hours now, lol. :D

And you will be disappointed when it turns out to be an overrated pile of tosh :D

Out of curiosity, what do you look for in a superhero movie that makes it good in your opinion?

I prefer the DC Universe, although IMO the last good Batman movie was Batman Returns in 1992, the ones with Val Kilmer and George Clooney weren't much cop.

And for Superman movies, you can't beat the originals with the late Christopher Reeve.

My 2 cents...

I love Marvel and DC. Just because someone perfers one over the other doesn't make other fans' appreciation for both any less.

Avengers: Infinity War has been 10 years in the making. All those marvelous films have led up to this grand event and that can certainly explain the hype. So, I'm excited! I would be the same for DC. Not disappointed in a film that I haven't seen yet. I'm hoping for the best until proven otherwise... which is what I keep telling myself as one of my favorite characters might die in this war.

But, hey, haters gonna hate.

Yes, I thought it was fantastic! The story, the action/fight scenes, the depiction of the Amazons, and Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman - everything was amazing. I'd totally recommend seeing it. :)

She was good, but Lynda Carter is still the ORIGINAL Wonder Woman to me.

So has anyone seen Avengers Infinity War yet?
We went last night (eager!). It was AMAZING. I won’t give any spoilers, as I know it has only just come out.
It’s a seriously impressive piece of work. So many big names, so many characters, so many different elements to follow. Highly recommended!
