What song are you listening to right now?

In these days you don't know, do you?
Rest assured, I am more than capable of embedding YouTube videos. I just couldn't find one of that piece played by a recorder quartet.

I'm currently listening to Le feste di Roma by Ottorino Respighi (1879-1936).

I'm so very much inspired of what you say. I see people pointing at where we are and going (embedding YT-videos).

Its weird how music can display flash shots of ones life often without much said...

This made me feel all funny in a good way. I feel stuff deeply, as you know and as you guys do! How to explain that feeling? I looked up this chap.

I always joke that I want to be a monk... this is my monk funk... : )

dang, you like stuff that seems to blow through the body. What kind of monk did you want to be? I wanted to be one, too. I wanted to be a monk, not a nun because nuns just did stuff like bake things whereas monks got to hunker down and pray all night and chant and study Greek and write cool things. Guess what kind of monk I wanted to be? CARTHUSIAN! Look them up. Very hard core.

That song and video is just a near perfect reflection of me sometimes. I just go out and do stuff like that by myself. And I notice every little thing like the pollen, the small swarms of bugs, the respect that everything is asking for to give me the experience I am allowed to have. Its just this feeling of freedom I cant find anywhere else. I wish I had words for how that kind of music makes me feel... Whole, but only temporarily maybe???

I dont want to derail the thread but I have an idea for maybe a cool post... I will answer you there!!! : )

The first guy is right... Being a human is the hardest thing there is to be.

Like 10 years ago I went to one of their concerts...

What is up with You Tube... Many of the videos say now (like this one)... It says, "This video is not available in country"???
Then why is it posted? Sorry but its not allowing me to watch it. There is a lot of that going on?

This is a girlish song, but the meaning is still the same... TAKE ME AWAY (please and thank you)
