My all time favorite Bjork rmx ever, I could listen to it on loop for weeks straight. In fact I wish it was a permanent earworm.

I tried to see Björk last year at Bonnaroo, but I was too far away from the stage, and apparently they tried to make it a somewhat visual experience, so instead of projecting her on the screen, they showed these psychedelic animations. I was sad to miss it. :(

Oh that would make me sad too! She's so special to me. I hope that you get another chance, I am going to cross my fingers. :)

I have never seen her live but I have loved her since the Sugarcubes. I also love her collabs with 808 State. Probably others I don't remember. Her voice is just so good.

Somewhat saw Björk too, at a summer festival here (must've been '96 or '97.) Somewhat, because the party I was with were getting ready to go, it had been raining all day, my friend was sick from too much apple juice (not a euphemism), I was too far from the stage and the grounds were being overrun by goths who just came to see The Cure, who were on next, as headliner. I think it was supposed to be their farewell gig here, or so. I can't recall exactly, must have blocked the memory. All I know is it was very surreal. I didn't feel too bad though. My relationship with her music in those days was so intense and intimate that I figured it wouldn't have worked in that kind of setting anyway...

Edit: in those days goths were so rare around these parts, many believed them to be extinct. I think I never saw a goth before, and all of a sudden there were thousands. Utter confusion. :)

Björk - So Broken
 
In 1994, I had the pleasure of meeting Jeff Healey and his band up close and personal. Jeff and his band were the house band in the movie "Roadhouse".
The Band had a local show in the Washington Pennsylvania USA and was invited to join us at a local music venue for the after party. He was blind,had a very unusual style of playing a guitar laid across his lap and was a very talented musician. A great memory ;)
 
Ahhhhh...the goths...black clothing and black lipstick...a very unusual combination of darkness, rebellion and deathtones :D
some of the females looked kinda hot to me :p

Bjork (I can't find the dots over the o on my mac :( ) was my first concert when I was 17. She is fecking magic, I swear my heart almost stopped several times :) There were trees made out of coiled cables on stage,and I almost died when she did 'Violently Happy', it's one of my favourites..
 
We're doing the Spring thing right now, I can't think of a song I like about Spring, but this one has it in the title at least, and is also awesome :)

I saw Stevie Nicks in 1982 on a solo tour...she had a nervous breakdown onstage and broke out in tears...leaving the concert,I punked down her limo driver and made her follow me :D
I have never seen a full Fleetwood Mac show :(
