What was the last movie you watched?

Aladdin got this on Blu Ray not long ago trying to collect my favourite titles before they go back into the Disney vault.

"Flight"

Disturbing story about a substance-abusing airline pilot who crashes his plane over a mechanical failure and is hailed a hero, losing only four passengers and two crew. Until the investigation focuses on him personally.

Mad Max: Fury Road. An outstanding demonstration of "show don't tell" story telling with some of the best, and most visceral, action scenes I've come across in a long time.

The Virgin Suicides. The book has been on my to-read list for years now, but it just happened to be on television yesterday - unsettling story.

I bought "Kingsman" the other day but I haven't seen it yet. I just finished watching series 6 of Spooks.

I don't want to come off as an elitist or anything, but I am pretty particular about what I watch.

The Dead 2: India

:D

Jay and Silent Bob's Super Groovy Cartoon Movie

If you're a fan of these characters, this one is definitely worth a look. If it seems like it was made on drugs, that's because it was, but that actually works in the film's favor as the over-the-top craziness suits the medium perfectly. It is extremely R rated, but that's nothing new for Kevin Smith. On a personal note, knowing that he was able to make this film completely independently gives me hope for my own animated endeavors. Thumbs up!

Get hard...

well, I didn't even finish it, but really, I want my time back... why would I ever consider that movie to be fun to watch even?

Idiocracy on Netflix. I thought it was fun. I'm on a bit of a Mike Judge kick at the moment so that might have something to do with it.
