What was the last TV show you watched?

"House of the Dragon" (Max)

A fictional account of the stupidity of ancient and petty monarchies all contained within common bloodlines. Where blood is most certainly not any thicker than water when it comes to power.

"Chernobyl" (2019 - Max)

A sobering five-part docudrama on the catastrophic failure of an operating nuclear power plant in Soviet Russia, April 1986. And as some believe, a scandal on such a level which served as the primary catalyst for the demise of the Soviet state that would happen some five years later.

WonderRoos on Netflix. Its a super cute preschoool show with calming looking characters, i find it soothing to watch especially if im nearing a meltdown

"The Pitt" (2025 - Max)

First episode debuted just two nights ago. Another "ER" scenario, but in a Pittsburgh hospital.

Ironically starring former ER actor Noah Wyle as the lead doctor in an over burdened and understaffed ER. With a staff of nurses and doctors who don't seem to like each other for a lot of reasons.

But what seems to make this one different from most medical tv shows is its hard edge visually speaking. Particularly the graphic and uncensored nature of injuries and surgical procedures that do not appear to be CGI or other types of special effects, but essentially video clips of the real thing.

The Pitt (TV Series 2025– ) ⭐ 8.3 | Drama

Spartacus (Starz) was added on Prime here, going to rewatch it soon :) One of the best series I've ever seen.

Started Gu family book, immediately dropped at episode 2. Human character falls in love with a mythical/supernatural being, then later becomes scared and betrays him and causes him to die? Nope, no thanks. I hate this type of drama.

"North and South". It's a historical drama miniseries made in 1985 about the American Civil War. I really love it. It displays the leadup to the Civil War and the Civil War itself very well. It tells the story through two families "The Hazards" and "The Mains". The Hazards are from Pennsylvania and "The Mains" are from South Carolina. It stars Patrick Swayze who plays "Orry Main". I highly recommend it if anyone loves American or Civil War History.
