Mary Poppins
Few things more amazing than a magical nanny who makes medicine taste nice, takes you on fantastic days out, helps improve your family life, has a beautiful singing voice, can fly using an umbrella and quite literally blows away the competition when she first shows up. :D

Ursula from The Little Mermaid. She clearly was designed off the drag icon, Divine. I wish Divine was still alive so she could play Ursula in the upcoming live action remake.
