What’s your Stim that nobody knows but you?

I'm not good at hiding or camouflage ;)
My right hand has a life of its own, especially when music is playing
Helps me to focus especially while shopping as there is too much visual stimulation, I overload quickly
My right hand castanetting (? Is that a word but you know what I mean) along with the music somehow settles my mind and helps me find things

And if it is a day I can have the radio in the car, the steering wheel and dashboard get slapped along with the music
