Ever try the Brave browser? A privacy-oriented version using the Chrome engine. Almost a contradiction of terms, lol- but there ya have it. I use it as a second browser.

But using Windows it's painfully easy to be the victim of all kinds of malware. Getting rid of Windows is the simplest way to the path of the least amount of exposure to malware.
