Why do people like memes?

sad but true. some people have to wait several months for an internet connection. sometimes it´s faster. in some areas there is only bad internet, in some there is fast internet. I heard that the same internet speed is 3x times more expensive in germany than in romania.

The best part of it is that it is an "insider" joke. If you weren't old enough to watch TV (or simply didn't watch this show somehow) in 2002 you're a lot less likely to catch the humor.
