I'm like, "You're being ridiculous. If you spent as much time doing this task as you are spending on avoiding it, you could have done it twice already."Also with you on starting things. I know when i finish the task i will feel good, and find it was not difficult at all. This does not change the absolute feeling of dread before i start a task.
Telling myself that only helps sometimes.
