I replaced potato chips with raw vegetables and hummus. I measure out the hummus so I don’t eat too many calories. I no longer miss potato chips. Screw you, Ruffles!

I love seeing myself in a nice image, especially if it makes me feel younger. That's why I use an image of a small child for my avatar (its not me lol). But if it bothers people, I can change it to an adult one. Do you think I should change it?

I've found high fructose sugar to be one of the toughest to avoid. Seems to be found anywhere and everywhere....ugh. But it's worth it if and when you are suffering from gout.

The media focuses on disasters because they get clicks. The vast majority of planes take off and land safely every single day that you never hear about because it is not clickable material.

I avoid the news, but it's all over I tried to avoid turn off every news feed, but then it turned on or if you are logged out there it is. I hate news media.

Careful about what words you use, lol. Reddit is very anti free speech where you can get banned by a mod for using a word they don't like even though it is apt. They won't bother to look at unban requests.
