Do you ever feel like you're making up your autism/aspergers?

So much pressure to emote one's self with our eyes. But then for those of us with such difficulties, they may seem a dead give away for those truly on the spectrum.

Still, I wish I had a dollar for every time someone asked me "What's wrong?" based largely on my eyes and expression, or lack thereof. When nothing was "wrong".

Ohhh, okay, I think I have heard that accent in a movie or show before. I don't think it's impossible to understand, there are some accents I have a harder time with like the American Boston accent.
that's funny, I moved to Boston from Cleveland in 5th grade and the language barrier was huge.

as a kid, whenever I had a meltdown, the people assigned at school to work with me would either roll their eyes, give up, or send me to the office. because of that, I feel like i'm exaggerating when I talk to my teachers about being overwhelmed or meltdowns. i'd like to explain to my teachers that i work differently, but since they are usually very angry with me because I look like I am being belligerent, that overwhelms me and I can't talk about my disorder truthfully without thinking I sound whiny and like I am making excuses.

its fine but not fine, do you do mindfulness (focusing on an image to feel calm i used to stare at the back of my hand )also do you take b vitamins these help with stress depression -especially if you live in the west your intake of b vitamins will not adequate probably, sadly you lose vit b when you urinate also potassium found in varied diet is needed for regulating the heart- you can buy a supplement on ebay starting at 99mg i take 550 mg but my heart is suffering high cholesterol and i have asthma, weak immune system also journal your thoughts that are too private its a strange relief
